Compact and sustainable electronic module for silicon photodetectors

چکیده

This article presents the development of a cost-effective and efficient electronic module for silicon photodetectors (SiPM). The combines essential functionalities, such as high voltage power supply, preamplifier, signal comparator, into compact circuit. A supply with range 30 to 140 V provides stable bias 0.01 accuracy, while preamplifier 40 gain 250 MHz bandwidth enables amplification necessary extract weak signals. comparator converts an analogue (higher than 8 mV) TTL (transistor-transistor logic), which makes it easy process analyze digital devices microcontrollers or make possible send signals over long distances by cable. has been tested using LYSO scintillator photomultiplier (SiPM) called micropixel avalanche photodiode (MAPD). It more effective solution reading out from SiPMs in variety applications, delivering reliable accurate results real-time.
